At DUO for a JOB Paris, Hillary arrived with an HR degree and plenty of ambition, but also some uncertainty about her next steps. That’s when Serge stepped in—a brand-new mentor ready to help her find clarity and build her confidence.
Together, they worked on interview techniques, professional presence, and project structuring. Hillary was determined and proactive, while Serge provided both support and high standards—all while balancing his own full-time job! It just goes to show that mentoring is entirely possible, even with a busy schedule.
