Since 2019, we have created nearly 800 intergenerational duos in the Paris region to facilitate the social and professional integration of young people from immigrant and refugee backgrounds looking for work. The mentors we have trained are committed volunteer professionals who share their experience, support and sound advice with these young people. We are supported by numerous organisations and institutions and a strong community ecosystem.
