The positive impact of its mentoring program is linked to its intergenerational, inclusive, and innovative nature, as well as its proven methodology.

Current societal challenges

🎯 Ambitious employment rate
Governments have set an employment rate target of 80% by 2030. To achieve this employment rate, supporting young people with an immigrant background is a priority.

Since the association was founded in 2013, we have implemented a systematic data collection methodology that allows us to measure and monitor numerous indicators relating to:
Operations: participation rates, socio-demographic profiles of mentors and mentees, positive exit rates.
Quality of service: conversion rate, mentor/mentee evaluation forms, satisfaction rate.
Profitability: fund structure, costs per duo.
