Implemented in Marseille since 2021, we are working to facilitate the professional integration of young refugees and people from immigrant backgrounds, while making the most of the experience of volunteer mentors over the age of 50. Drawing on a solid network of associations, we have already trained and supported more than 230 intergenerational duos.
