What our partners also value is the unique nature of our support. DUO for a JOB does more than just connect a mentor over 50 with a young person. Every journey begins with an individual meeting with the young person to understand their story, their aspirations, and any potential barriers to their professional integration. If necessary, we refer them to complementary organizations to ensure comprehensive support.
Mentors also follow a structured path: individual meetings, dedicated training, and the acquisition of concrete tools to support young people with precision and effectiveness.

Once the duo is formed, our teams remain fully engaged. Our mentoring program coordinators provide regular follow-up and support the duos over the long term. This commitment is also reflected in our continuous evaluation process, which allows us to adjust our practices and respond as closely as possible to the realities on the ground. DUO for a JOB also benefits from the highest level of quality recognition thanks to the mentoring label (independent audit).
Over the years, our program has expanded into new regions in France and internationally. This controlled growth has been made possible by the lasting commitment of partners who have often been supporting us for several years.
This multi-year support plays a key role: it allows us to invest in our teams, improve our tools, and expand our presence into new territories.

Building the future, together ‍
Since we launched in France in 2019, more than 2,300 young people have benefited from mentoring thanks to the trust of our partners. Yet, the need remains significant. Every year, many young people still face obstacles in accessing employment, despite their skills and motivation.
To go further, we need new partners ready to join us. We are looking for companies, foundations, and donors who share our conviction: everyone should have access to the same opportunities, regardless of their background or origin.
