At DUO for a JOB, we focus our efforts on our core business, intergenerational mentoring. By supporting our duos, we act at the crossroads of several major social and societal challenges: the professional integration of young people, the enhancement of skills and the retention of people over 50 in employment, the integration of first-time arrivals, the fight against discrimination based on origin, equal opportunities and social cohesion. Because these challenges are multiple and interconnected, joining several groups of actors committed to our subjects seemed essential to us to work transversely; to promote mentoring and the priorities of our audiences; to contribute at our level to showing the strength of strike and the essential societal impacts of the associative sector in France.
