A few months ago, Malika walked through the doors of DUO for a JOB for the first time. A determined young woman who had arrived from Algeria, she had a clear goal in mind: to become a BIM Manager, a profession at the crossroads of architecture and digital technology.
There, she met Jean-Philippe, one of our very first mentors in Paris.
And what a journey it has been since! Malika spotted a job opening at CDC Habitat. She identified the recruiter on LinkedIn and contacted her directly, using a LinkedIn Premium account she obtained thanks to Jean-Philippe, who had participated in a workshop organized by our partner, Konexio.
And then, a happy coincidence: Jean-Philippe had himself worked at CDC Habitat for several years. He was able to prepare Malika with concrete advice, drawn directly from his own hands-on experience.
AND TADA 🎉 Malika landed a one-year work-study contract as a BIM Manager at CDC Habitat, alongside her master's degree.
But beyond the contract, it is above all a genuine relationship of trust that has been built between the two of them, and one that they fully intend to continue 🧡
