Understanding the apprenticeship tax and its CSR potential The apprenticeship tax is a mandatory financial contribution for businesses , intended for finance apprenticeship and vocational training expenses . It represents approximately 0.68% of the gross payroll of the previous year and is divided into two distinct parts:
84% recovered by URSSAF monthly to finance apprenticeships 13% (tax balance) : paid annually to support the development of training (excluding apprenticeships) and professional integration. ‍

Since the 2019 reform, each company can choose to donate up to 30% of this balance to a certain number of associations eligible individuals who contribute to the training and professional integration of young people, including DUO for a JOB.

In 2025, this fundraiser will allow us to amplify our social impact by expanding the reach of our program in Ile-de-France, Hauts-de-France, Lyon and Marseille where we are based.
