On World Refugee Day, a question is worth asking: what do we actually see when we hear the word "refugee"?

Mentors, young people, partners, and team members gathered in Lille to celebrate a symbolic milestone: 5 years of DUO for a JOB in the Hauts-de-France region. It was an evening dedicated to connection, exchange, and commitment, providing an opportunity to reflect on the journey since the regional office opened in 2021.

In the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, France Travail, non-profits, local stakeholders, and businesses are working together toward a common goal: securing career paths and unlocking talent.

Mentoring is a practical tool for fostering youth integration, transferring skills, and strengthening the ties between businesses and society. Yet, many small and medium-sized enterprises still have questions about how to get involved, the time commitment required, or which solutions best suit their organization.
