Marseilles. DUO for a JOB, supporting young people in their professional projects

Fatoumata Baba, director of Duo for a Job Marseille: Our association offers a mentoring program to facilitate access to employment for young people with an immigration background by putting them in contact with volunteers over 50 years old. The latter, called “mentors”, share their experience to help young people integrate into the labour market. Each duo thus formed meets once a week, for 6 months, to make progress on the objectives and approaches defined together.
