A community of committed partners Each year, thousands of young people benefit from the valuable support of experienced mentors thanks to our program whose methodology has proven its worth. But it is also and above all solid and lasting partnerships that make these meetings possible. Being a partner means joining a collective adventure based on trust, dialogue and shared values.
It is in particular thanks to actors such as the SNCF Foundation, Epic Foundation, Epic Foundation, Bank of America, La France s'engage or Monnoyeur, all present during this morning, that our mission continues, over time, in new territories while maintaining our level of quality!
‍
Different forms of commitment, the same objective Our partners are much more than funders: they are real co-actors committed to us. Their support allows in particular:
to deploy our program in new territories, such as in Lyon since 2024 to ensure quality training for our mentors, to perpetuate and strengthen our social impact on young people with an immigrant background and people over 50 Engaging with DUO for a JOB also means contributing to a social utility project while benefiting from a measurable impact return. We are also committed to building tailor-made partnerships, adapted to the needs, resources and priorities of each.
“The challenge is to be able to count on financial and operational support at all levels: local, regional, national and European.” underlines Prunelle Gorget, France director of DUO for a JOB.
‍
Bringing the DUO for a JOB experience to life from within Between testimonies, exchanges and time of immersion, our partners were able to better understand the daily life and behind the scenes of our mentoring program.
It was Mélissa, mentoring program manager, who paved the way by sharing her experience in the field: the duos supported, the obstacles overcome, the successes and the transformations that she observes day after day.
Then Jérôme and Ibrahim, a complicit duo created thanks to mentoring, told their story. Thanks to Jérôme's support, Ibrahim was able to find training, work-study programs, and housing, all key steps towards employment. For his part, Jérôme describes a strong human adventure, nourished by trust, transmission and the pride of seeing Ibrahim move forward.

An inspiring fence, reflecting the diversity of our partners To conclude this morning, we had the pleasure of welcoming Benjamin Ferré, a committed young skipper who wore the colors of DUO for a JOB around the world during the last Vendée Globe. Through his testimony, he looked back on this extraordinary adventure and the strong bond that unites him to his own mentor, Jean Le Cam.
Born in 2022, our partnership with Benjamin is the result of an obvious encounter around shared values: the sharing of experiences and intergenerational solidarity. Thanks to this great visibility, many new mentors have discovered DUO for a JOB and have chosen to commit themselves to supporting a young person towards employment.
A huge thank you to Benjamin Ferré and Monnoyeur for this meaningful collaboration and to all of our partners who, through their commitment to us, allow these meetings to take place.
