DUO for a JOB: two people, one path to employment!

DUO for a JOB brings together two groups dedicated to closing the employment gap for young immigrants. By leveraging the expertise of our senior mentors, we combat discrimination and foster social connections that help these young people from abroad enter the workforce. Joining us on RCF Notre-Dame are Stéphanie Lefebvre, Director of the Hauts-de-France branch of DUO for a JOB, and Maryline Girard, a volunteer mentor with the organization.

It was an evening dedicated to connection, exchange, and commitment, providing an opportunity to reflect on the journey since the regional office opened in 2021.
