Through its intergenerational mentoring program, DUO for a JOB connects volunteers over 50 with young people from immigrant backgrounds to pass on expertise, skills, and, above all, confidence.

Working in pairs for 6 months, they meet regularly to develop a personalized action plan. These meetings also allow each mentor to:

Trained and supported by the organization, you also learn from your mentee and develop leadership, empathy, and active listening skills.
You will meet other people over 50 who share your values and can tap into this new network to help you in your role as a mentor.
