Current societal challenges

🎯 Ambitious employment rate
Governments have set an employment rate target of 80% by 2030. To achieve this employment rate, supporting young people with an immigrant background is a priority.

La pénurie de main-d’œuvre en France touche toutes les entreprises. Selon France Travail, 57,4 % des recrutements sont actuellement jugés difficiles par les entreprises

Employability and lifelong learning have become key priorities for both private employers and the government.

The lack of connections between citizens and generations creates significant tensions and hinders the formation of a cohesive society.
Our impact on mentees
The personalized and intensive mentoring approach helps overcome the specific barriers faced by job seekers with an immigration background, particularly young NEETs and individuals experiencing long-term unemployment.
Beyond the employment outcomes, mentoring also enables these young people to develop valuable skills that will benefit them throughout their lives.

Un investissement durable
Soutenir DUO for a JOB constitue pour les pouvoirs publics et les bailleurs un investissement efficace. Le programme permet en effet d’obtenir des résultats rapides et probants en matière de mise à l’emploi de jeunes demandeur·euses d’emploi souvent très éloigné·es du marché de l’emploi (NEET, chômeur·euses de longue durée).
Il s’agit également d’un investissement rentable:Chaque euro investi dans le programme génère un retour retour social sur investissement (SROI) de 18 euros pour les pouvoirs publics.
Ce SROI a été obtenu en comparant la valeur économique des coûts évités pour la collectivité grâce aux emplois retrouvés par les bénéficiaires avec le coût total du programme d’accompagnement.
