The story of this duo has not been without its challenges: at the beginning, Ismail, faced with a language barrier, struggled to express his project to his mentor Beate.
🤝 Thanks to Beate’s patience and kindness, she became an invaluable support. With the help of Justine, a counsellor at Mission Locale, Ismail has found a work-integration contract (article 60) and continues to make progress in learning French.
📌 Ismail has regained his self-confidence, while Beate always looks forward to enriching and warm exchanges with him. Together, they have no intention of stopping there and even plan to see each other regularly!
