DUO for a JOB is an association founded in Belgium 10 years ago, which offers an intergenerational mentoring program by putting young people from immigrant backgrounds (18-33) in touch with volunteers over 50, who advise and support them in their job search. Our aim? To promote equal opportunities on the job market, to value the experience of our seniors, and thus to contribute to a fairer, more caring society.

The organization is active in 17 cities in Belgium, France and the Netherlands, and relies on the energy and enthusiasm of 85 colleagues. It now boasts a community of over 2,300 mentors and has trained more than 8,000 duos since its inception.

👉 Job description

We’re looking for a Product Manager to develop our various digital projects. If you’re interested in tech for good, agility and no-code technologies, and want to take part in high-impact projects, come and join us!

The position is a French or Belgian contract based in one of our offices in Belgium, France or remote (full or partial) with occasional travel in Belgium and France. You’ll be working with our CTO as well as the various project managers and users of the digital tools.

The Product Manager has a strong digital culture, understands the needs of the organization and listens to the various users. He/she likes innovation, leads projects to success and is on the lookout for product and service releases/upgrades.

DUO for a JOB began developing a tailor-made operational CRM in 2015. Development has been ongoing ever since. In parallel, we are developing a Knowledge Management System in Notion. The organization also uses Salesforce (management of fundraising, stakeholders and non-mentor volunteers).

In collaboration with the CTO, your main responsibilities are as follows:

• Strategy:

Participate in strategic thinking and the development of new functionalities for our existing tools.

• Automation and development of digital solutions:

– Assist the CTO in the development of various digital projects.

Conduct internal audits, listen and analyze organizational needs to propose TECH solutions,integrate them into the development and implementation of digital projects.

-Lead projects to improve internal processes using digital tools (ready-made or tailored-made via no-code) and train end-users.

• Management of digital tools:

– Ensure the operation and maintain the consistency of digital tools (CRM, Salesforce, Make, Notion, Airtable, Webflow, SoftR).

– Ensure the proper use of our digital tools by members of the organization and develop asynchronous training content.

• Research:

– Conduct a digital watch to identify development opportunities at DUO.

– Think about tool interoperability.

Do you have a great capacity for operational implementation? Are you able to automate certain tasks to facilitate the work of employees, mentors & mentees, and volunteers? Then you could be the ideal candidate!

• You are 100% committed to the organization’s social mission, and are keen to get involved in the social and socio-professional integration field.
• You have a very good knowledge of no-code tools (Make/Integromat, Zappier, etc.) as well as other tools such as Airtable, Notion, Softr, Slack, Jira, Webflow etc.
• You have good analytical skills and are results- and solution-oriented.
• You have an excellent level of French and English, both spoken and written, as well as good writing skills, rigor and responsiveness.
• Knowledge of system administration is an asset.
