    The difference, our DNA

Whether seen from the perspective of a complementary team, a warm professional context or the impact of the project, it is DUO for a JOB’s team that makes the difference.

    The team

DUO for a JOB was launched end of 2012 by Frédéric Simonart et Matthieu Le Grelle, two friends that were sensitive to social cohesion issues. Together they refined their mentoring project and established a methodology that would become the backbone of the association.

Today, DUO for a JOB relies on the skills of several permanent teams covering four areas in Belgium and one in France. Whether it be through languages, training, origins, culinary preferences, ambitions or dreams, the DUO for a JOB team reflects its values: rich in differences. All members of staff accompany the duos to their greatest successes, each in their own way.

“With each mentoring, the world opens up a little more to me. Other countries, cultures and religions. I learn, I feel useful and I become younger. For them, my network and my practical help is useful, but everyone tells me that it is above all more self-confidence that makes the difference.”
